We have worked with Emon for about two months to find a house in Hayward. We had a very positive experience with him and we are very lucky to have Emon as our Real Estate agent.

During the two months of house searching, we have made a few changes to our targeted house in terms of locations, conditions, prices, etc. However, he has been very patient and respectful of our requests and provided us with his professional advice. He always put our interests as his top property and wants to do the best of us.
We went through multiple bids before our offer was finally accepted. Each time, Emon went over the bid with us and provided us with his honest and professional opinions. There was a short supply in the housing market compared to the demand when we purchased the house. We were very overwhelmed but he was able to guide us through the process. Most importantly, he prevented us from overspending our money. After our offer was finally accepted, he provided us with a smooth transition into ownership of the house.
